1. Finding Purpose in Jesus

    “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

    • God has a purpose and a plan for each person’s life.

  • Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)
    “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

    • We are created with purpose and called to live out God’s plan for us.

2. Finding Help and Comfort in Jesus

  • Matthew 11:28-30 (NIV)
    “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

    • Jesus invites those who are burdened to find rest and comfort in Him.

  • Psalm 46:1 (NIV)
    “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”

    • God is a constant source of help in times of need.

3. Finding Truth in Jesus

  • John 14:6 (NIV)
    “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’”

    • Jesus is the only way to find truth and access to God.

  • John 8:31-32 (NIV)
    “To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, ‘If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.’”

    • Jesus offers the truth that leads to true freedom.

4. Finding Salvation in Jesus

  • John 3:16 (NIV)
    “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

    • God’s love is demonstrated through Jesus, who offers eternal life to all who believe in Him.

  • Romans 10:9 (NIV)
    “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

  • “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

5. Finding New Life in Jesus

    • Through Jesus, we are made new and given a fresh start.

  • Romans 6:23 (NIV)
    “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

    • Jesus offers the gift of eternal life, rescuing us from the consequences of sin.
